There's no perfect way of doing it, but you can start by installing a good antivirus app and seeing what it finds in the initial scan. Here's our list of the best Android antivirus apps:

Then if you really want to be thorough about it, go to Settings, then Apps, then look through the "Downloaded" tab. These are all of the apps that didn't come pre-installed on your phone, so basically everything that's been installed since you first set the phone up.
