I have tried a force stop (it turns itself back on), clearing data/cache...disable and clear defaults are not selectable...I have deleted recent apps I downloaded and tried a factory reset suggested by Verizon...nothing gives. I turned location on and off to see if it would appease the alert, but it still came up a couple hours later.
