While no roll out dates were given, we know that the Sprint and US Cellular Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy S4 variants will begin seeing over-the-air (OTA) updates as soon as today. If you haven't yet received a notification to update, try forcing an OTA update by going to Settings -> More -> About device -> Software update -> Check for updates.

Changes with the latest version include a "more intuitive" UI, enhanced messaging capabilities, and updated Samsung apps, among other things.
