The Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL launched in 2017 with three colors: Clearly White, Just Black, and Kinda Blue. For those who wanted to stand out from the crowd a bit, Kinda Blue was the clear choice. Verizon, however, had other plans in mind, and Kinda Blue became exclusive to the carrier. That is, until now.
Google's Project Fi Twitter account announced earlier today that the "Kinda Blue Pixel 2 has officially joined the Project Fi family." According to Android Central, you'll be able to purchase the phone directly from the Google Store as well. The phone costs $649, just as the other 64 GB Pixel 2s.
Unfortunately, the Kinda Blue Pixel 2 will only come with 64 GB of storage. If you absolutely need 128 GB of onboard storage, you'll need the boring Clearly White or Just Black. The same goes for the Pixel 2 XL — of which there is no Kinda Blue variant.
