How to recover deleted text messages on Android phone?

I have an Motorola Razr Maxx phone. I accidentally deleted someone's texts and I need to get them back. Can anyone help me?

Assuming you didn't have them backed up anywhere, you can try Coolmuster's SMS Recovery tool if you have a Windows PC.

Another option is Wondershare's Dr. Fone recovery app, although you may need to be rooted to use that.
