I am having trouble with my the Office app for Android (on my Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2). When attempting to open a Word file (.docx) , I receive the following error message: Office can't complete your request right now.
I have already tried resetting Word, as well as uninstalling all of the office apps including OneDrive, and then reinstalling them again. Any ideas?
